MY STORY

I fell in love with the sport of show jumping when I was young. I remember seeing Ian and Big Ben jumping on CBC at Spruce Meadows, and in those moments, my life changed. Everything I talked about was horses, every gift I wanted was horse themed, I was the horse girl at school - everyone knew it, and I had no shame. Then, as I got older and continued with lessons, I found the horse world to be my therapy, whether brushing my lesson horse or going over my first jumps...I was in heaven.

In 2017 my world shifted a bit, and I found myself unable to ride. So instead of completely giving up on the world, I shifted my focus from nature to equine photography.

As a rider myself, I understand a horse's and rider's movements better than the average photographer and can pinpoint the best moments and movements to capture.

After shooting behind-the-scenes photos for The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, things started to take off, and I realized there was something here...I had something to offer my local equine community. Flash forward to today, and I worked with Windsor-Essex CADORA, Windsor-Essex Pony Club, local riding facilities, and local equine-based businesses. I am proud to support and be involved in this community, and I hope to provide riders in this area and across Southwestern Ontario the opportunity to have access to affordable equine sport and lifestyle photography.
